ECA accreditation provides independent verification that our Australian supply chain is ethical, transparent, and compliant with relevant workplace laws, giving schools and organisations greater confidence in how uniforms and garments are made.

This accreditation applies to our local manufacturing operations across The Uniform Company for our school & sports uniforms that are made in Australia.

If ethical procurement matters to your organisation (which it should), this is a simple, recognised way to reduce risk and support Australian garment workers.

While Ethical Clothing Australia accreditation applies to our Australian supply chain, we also work with offshore manufacturers to ensure that their staff are paid the correct wages and entitlements, according to their local requirements and ensuring they are compliant with local employment laws, safe working conditions, and responsible employment standards.
