The Uniform Company and OzKnit supply directly to business, clubs and schools in wholesale quantities.
We have low minimum order quantities as a general rule for custom made garments from The Uniform Company at only 25 garments per style. For stock line garments the normal minimum order quantity is just 15 garments per style, and this can be spread across the range of sizes. Some garments do have higher minimum order quantities; please discuss your requirements with one of our Sales Team.
Order Lead Times
As The Uniform Company manufacturers garments in Australia as well as Off-Shore in China, Vietnam, Pakistan and Fiji we can offer you several options to suit your requirements.
The standard lead time for The Uniform Company & OzKnit garments manufactured locally is 4-6 weeks; this is dependent on several factors, including fabric availability. Additional lead time should be allowed for initial orders of a new garment style, as well as during the peak production months of October – February, please contact one of our Sales Consultants to discuss our current lead times and your requirements.
Lead times for Off-Shore garments is typically 10-14 weeks, there are many factors that can effect these lead times, for example initial orders can take up to 4 weeks longer to allow for the sample approval process to be done correctly, also fabric availability can impact on the lead time, our Sales Consultants can provide you with all the information regarding this.
Custom made garment prices are based on the garment style and fabric quality used in the garment, as there are so many possible options these prices are calculated once we have discussed your requirements with you. If you have an existing style garment you would like us to produce, just send us a sample and we can calculate the cost of this for you.
Stock line garment prices are based on the quantity purchased. The prices listed on the garment description pages show the price range for the item to cover a number of quantities. Please use the "Quote Cart" to obtain a price for the quantity you require or contact one of our Sales Team to discuss your requirements and obtain a quote.
Sizing does differ between brands and we recommend that you check that the sizing you are ordering is correct. If you would like The Uniform Company to produce a garment you currently purchase from another supplier, we can copy the sizing to ensure a smooth transition between brands, if the sizing & fit is correct. If required you can purchase a size range to allow students to fit the garments prior to placing your order. Enquire with your consultant for more information.
How to order
Once you have accepted the quote we have supplied, you can fax or email us with your order, on your order please ensure you list the sizes and quantities clearly, plus list your required by date, if you don’t have an order form you will find a standard Order From in our Downloads section for your convenience. Or if you have registered for On-Line ordering you can log in and place the order through our On-Line Order section.
Client Login / On-Line Ordering
If you are an existing customer, and would like to register for online ordering, please CONTACT US, we will then upload all of the items that you currently purchase, once this is completed we will supply you with your unique user name and login code, allowing you access and place orders 24/7. Once orders are entered via our secure On-Line Order section you will receive a confirmation email for your records, we will also send you a confirmation order showing current pricing once the order has been checked and processed.
How to use the "Quote Cart"
The Quote Cart Facility allows you to easily view our product range, see something you like and then add it to your quote cart by clicking the link. You may add as many products as you like.
Once you're finished shopping, complete your details so we may reply to you with a quote.
