Samples

We welcome the opportunity to supply generic/stock samples to customers to allow them to view different styles options, once a decision has been made regarding design & fabric we will produce a sample to your requirements for final approval prior to placement of orders.

STOCKLINE / BUY-IN GARMENT SAMPLES

We have access to many suppliers of leading brands who carry stock design garments for immediate delivery, to view samples of these items please discuss your requirements with one of our consultants.

Must be returned within 10 days in the same condition and packaging as supplied to be eligible for return.
Will be credited /refunded once returned, less a $5 handling fee and freight charges.
Any garments with decoration cannot be returned.
A Full Credit/refund will be issued if an order in excess of $1000 is placed.

CUSTOM MADE SAMPLES

Custom Made samples are produced according to customers’ individual requirements & request, and will attract a Custom Made Sample surcharge.
If an order is placed against the sample, then the Custom Made Sample Surcharge may be credited at the discretion of The Uniform Company.
Custom Made Samples cannot be returned for credit / refund if no order is placed.
Freight charges associated with delivery of samples will not be credited.

Return of samples and subsequent freight charges is the customer’s responsibility.
