Order Lead Times
The Uniform Company offers both locally manufactured garments and off-shore production options in countries like China, Vietnam, Pakistan, and Fiji. Here are our standard lead times:
- Local Production (The Uniform Company & OzKnit): 6-8 weeks, depending on fabric availability and order specifics. Initial orders or orders placed during peak production months (October – February) may require additional time. For the most accurate lead time, please consult with our Sales Consultants.
- Off-Shore Production: Typically 10-14 weeks. Factors such as sample approval and fabric availability can extend this period, particularly for initial orders, which may take up to 4 weeks longer.
Freight and Delivery Costs
- Free Freight: Available for Australian orders exceeding $1000 (excluding GST).
- Flat Delivery Rate: For orders under $1000, a flat rate of $25 + GST per box applies. Most smaller orders require only one box for delivery. If delivery is to remote locations, there might be an additional surcharge.
