Our Warranty and Claims process is designed to provide a quick and efficient resolution for any issues. If you encounter any problems with your purchase, please follow our simple claims process, and we’ll work to resolve them promptly.

Claims Procedure:

To ensure a smooth resolution process, any claims regarding the condition or quality of goods received must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims made after this period.
